While our manufacturer has a long standing reputation of craftsmanship in the North Carolina furniture industry, if something isn’t right with the product, we won’t sell it or send it to a customer until it is.

  • What makes your furniture “mobile friendly”?
    Our furniture breaks down into easy-to-carry pieces that easily fit in the back of a standard car. No yelling “Pivot!” during your next move.
  • How can furniture I put together myself be considered high quality?
    Furniture doesn’t have to weigh a ton and arrive in one massive piece to be considered high quality. Our materials are of the highest quality grade, and our assembly construction offers the same stability of a traditionally built piece of furniture. We hope we can change the perceptions and expectations of what high quality, heirloom furniture can be!
  • Is your furniture heavy?
    All put together? Yes. While in pieces before assembly? No! We made sure our products are mobile-friendly and easy to carry for any average person. However, our frames are made of solid, high quality wood materials meant to last a lifetime, so once assembled our products are appropriately hefty.
  • How do I know if the furniture will fit in my space?
    Because our furniture is delivered in multiple pieces and boxes, you won’t have any trouble fitting through doors or going up stairs (even a spiral staircase – trust us, we’ve been there!) Dimensions for fully assembled sofas, chairs, and ottomans are listed in the product description for each item – so just be sure to measure.
  • Is your furniture comfortable?
    Of course! Our durable foam cushions offer just the right amount of support and give for your next Netflix binge.
  • How customizable does customizable mean?
    All our sofas, chairs, ottomans, and toss pillows come in the base White High Performance Fabric. We offer a variety of slipcover and pillow cover fabrics – from solids to prints, from neutrals to bright colors – that can be purchased along with the furniture. Depending on how many slipcovers you wanted to purchase, you could customize your furniture each season or with your changing mood. We are working to offer more and more fabric options – so stay tuned!
  • Can I mix and match fabric?
    Yes! In fact, we encourage it :)
  • What do the fabrics feel like?
    While we wish we could offer a touch-through-the-screen options, science hasn’t made that possible yet. However, we can assure you all our fabrics are soft, comfortable, and luxurious to the touch. Some of our fabrics, such as a tweed, will have more texture than others, but it only enhances the design.
  • Can I buy a slip cover?

    All our furniture comes in the base White High Performance Fabric, so if white is your vibe, then no need for a slipcover. Slipcovers are not required to be purchased with your furniture pieces.
  • Slip covers are a hassle and never fit right – how are yours different?
    Our slipcovers are designed to fit the exact piece of furniture you purchase. No one-size-fits-all nonsense here. The seat and back cushions have individual slipcovers that zip on, while the frame of the couch is covered separately, offering a neat and snug fit.
  • Are any of the fabrics seasonal or temporarily available?
    As of now, all the fabrics we offer are available anytime, all year round. We may offer seasonal fabrics in the future, but they will be clearly denoted.

    A good rule of thumb is to always measure your space and compare the measurements to the furniture dimensions we have listed in the product descriptions for each item. Our furniture is delivered in easy-to-carry and easy-to-fit boxes, so doorways and staircases shouldn’t be an issue. However, if something were to go wrong fit wise, please refer to our return policy.
